Medeni Dinç Shopping Mall is the first project built in Ashgabat with an entertainment concept. The construction site is 25,950 square meters, and the building has five floors. There are recreation spaces for kids, billiard halls, cafes, restaurants, fast food restaurants, a bowling hall and a space museum as well as shops and offices alongside a parking garage with a capacity of 177 cars. The whole city will be seen from the Ferris wheel which will be established on the glass facade of the building.
