Cabinet Ministry Building (Parliament Building) taking place in the Ashgabad city centre constutes of 2 normal floors, 1 basement floor and technical volumes with a floor area of 5000 m2. In the building with 9 entrances, there are large meeting and conference halls with a capacity of approximately 200 people, studies for all ministers, administrative offices and study, meeting, waiting halls for the President of the Republic and offices for his assistants. In the building land located on an area of 28.800 m2,there are dining hall with the capacity of 185 people as 20 of them is for VIP and 55 of them is for guests and a kitchen of 900 m2, Dormitory of Soldiers and Private Security place apart from the main building. Closed swimming pool, fitness center, Turkish bath, dentist room, elevator and halls, hair dresser constitute the other function areas of the building.
