This equestrian complex was designed and satisfactorily completed by Öztekler with the objectives of ensuring purebred survival of the world-renowned Turkmen Ahalteke horses and breeding healthier and better-trained pedigress. The complex, designed to initially shelter 300 horses, includes a race track built according to international standards, featuring 1,800 m sand and 2,000 m grass race tracks for Ahalteke horse races. Additional facilities located in the complex include: a grandstand for 5,000 spectators, a modern and comprehensive equine hospital where horses can undergo surgery or DNA testing for purebred analysis in a high standard genetics laboratory, a horse training pool, quarantine buildin, straw storage, hay and grain storage, feeding facilities, a management building, pre-race preparatory building, a dopping control building and saddling sections.
